Licensed Clinical Social Worker · Compassionate, individualized therapy

My Approach

Sophia's story

Therapy can be a meaningful journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Wherever you are in your life right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up as your authentic self. I believe each person already carries strengths within them, and together we can create the right environment for those strengths to emerge. In our work, we’ll focus on restoring balance while building coping skills and self-care practices that feel realistic and supportive for your everyday life.

I bring a warm, compassionate, and grounded approach to therapy, and I value building a genuine connection with each person I work with. Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, reading, Pilates, and swimming. I also love spending time with family and friends, and being with my two dogs, Oliver and Kona, who bring a lot of joy to my daily life.
